An efficient covered structure used to offer limited protection to vehicles from sun and rain, consisting of a roof supported on posts, built beside a building.
In the year 2004, our firm introduced the concept of carports in Chennal, an ingenious product which is efficient, robust, elegant and a detached covered structure used to shield automobiles from sun and rain. Initially, carports were built with PVC Roofing sheets; however, this technique was modified to include an innovative element of the system, the use of pre-coated galvalume and polycarbonate roofing sheets, as well as a framework built of MS sheets, plates, flats, & pipes.
What Are Carports Made Of ?
A steel carports is made of light-gauge steel tubing and sturdy corrugated roofing sheet. This is the best option for a strong structure that will hold up through years of weather. Steel is also fire-resistant and resists damage from mold and bugs.
